Firce Capital Fund is designed to generate long term capital appreciation through a portfolio of real estate. The fund is divided into 2 compartments. The first one will focus solely on Luxembourg, whilst the second one will also invest in other prime locations in the EU.
The Fund will purchase, reposition, hold, and sell institutional quality real estate.
The Fund will focus on the acquisition of real estate with promising development or redevelopment potential. It is through the process of rightly repositioning the purchased assets that Firce Capital will ensure maximum value creation.
The Fund’s investments will be primarily concentrated on the office and residential sectors. The goal is to build well-resourced portfolios in which each asset can make a meaningful contribution to the Fund’s performance.
Firce Capital will implement a disciplined research-based investment process that informs the long-term portfolio allocation as well as the short-term tactical adjustments.
