Firce Capital to develop a luxury residential complex in Marbella alongside WeInvest Capital Partner

French investment manager Firce Capital has signed an agreement with WeInvest Capital Partners, to develop "La Fuente", a private residential complex of 15 luxury villas in Marbella, Spain. Initiated by Firce Capital in 2019, this complex has just started its marketing and will be delivered at the end of 2022.

WeInvest Capital Partners will invest in "La Fuente" through its new Premium Real Estate Funds. Launched in Q2 2020, this fund offers a niche positioning, based on the search for exclusive number one locations. Over the next three years, the fund plans to deploy between €30m and €50m on top-tier real estate projects in Europe and the United States.

“We are very pleased to welcome WeInvest Capital Partners on board our Marbella operation," said Christophe Fournage, Chairman of Firce Capital. “On this niche transaction, our expertise is very complementary. Investing in exceptional assets remains an excellent way to get through crises. "La Fuente" is probably the last exceptional operation carried out in the city centre of Marbella, which today is Spain's third largest economic region".

Ernesto Palanco, a Spanish architect specialising in the creation of contemporary luxury villas, will design the 15 houses in this programme. "This operation is aimed both at second home enthusiasts and a new international clientele known as "Next-pats", according to the press release. These citizens (80% European) use new technologies to balance their lives between their intense and often nomadic professional activities (around two trips per week) and their family life, in a beautiful, comfortable and ultra-connected environment."

Philippe Barthelemy, partner at WeInvest Capital Partners, concludes : "The approach we are developing consists of deploying our funds very quickly on identified, high-quality projects. This has already enabled us to complete three significant investment lines in high-end real estate in just a few months, one in Luxembourg and two in Miami, Florida. This strategy has paid off and now allows us to build strong, long-term relationships with players such as Firce Capital. We are delighted to be able to collaborate with them on the "La Fuente" project, which is our fourth investment since the fund's inception. “
